Recommending Resources

Refer students to the “Student Resources” section of this website for particular strategies they can use throughout the research process that will help them avoid unintentional plagiarism. For multi-lingual students, many additional resources are available on the Web such as the following website which spells out U.S. academic norms for a research paper, including how to analyze sources in one’s writing as well as how to cite them. The University Writing Center located in the Learning Commons is another excellent resource for students.
